wondering when it’s going to come out about kabam altering the game to bring in more money by getting players to spend. there are too many coincidences for it to not be true just wonder how long it’s gonna take for someone to blow the whistle. lol

Kabam have always focused on making money and I don't think they try to hide it tbh.

In terms of them altering the game, there could be a discussion had that these "AI issues" aren't really accidents and are in the game to make it more difficult and cause more unnecessary deaths which leads to more revives being and more units being spent.

I just believe this is most likely the case because I have never come across a game that has as many issues as this one yet it's always in the App Stores top 5 or 10 for generating the most revenue... hard to believe you can make so much money and not have the resources to fix such a major issue.

oh they have the resources because when it’s a bug that benefits us it’s fixed very fast and actually fixed but if it benefits them to make money they act like it’s an impossible task that takes forever. i understand they are a company and the point is make money but do it honestly don’t alter something people have put years into building. Let me ask you a question, how much should it take to fix these AI issues? Just ballpark it for me. I'm sure you've pinpointed the issue so you've been able to associate a cost to it right?

Then tell me what Kabams revenue was for the Q2 in 2024. Remember, it has to be Kabams revenue. Post a screenshot of it here.

Here we are again openly displaying the reasons why there isn't a real "community" where this game is concerned. There is way too much distrust and derision! KABAM has lost our trust, we don't trust or support one another.
Nobody questions that KABAM needs to make money to keep existing. But when, as pointed out above, they seem to be able to quickly fix issues that benefit the player base but seem unable to fix those that harm the player base?
When the RNG is suspect and it feels like the odds, which are always in favor of the house, have shifted even further in KABAMS favor?
It is difficult to not feel like it is intentional.

Yeah, it's likely something very specific happened in 2016 in our country that has led many down a road of "if we can't win then they cheated and we have all the proof we need to change it" and I can't quite put my finger on it. Yet for some reason that no one can explain, many are still stuck on it 8 years later.

Anyway. Kabam is shaking in their boots from all the evidence being provided here.

Player favoring bugs tend to be easy to fix because it is incredibly clear what is wrong and the solution is pretty immediate. AI bugs are a horse of a different color, because every single change you make to fix one thing impacts several other things. Player favoring bugs are isolated to one part of the game, AI bugs are pervasive throughout.

And get the tinfoil hat off. The RNG is the RNG, the odds are the odds, and players need to stop associating their individual experience as evidence against that. Your sample size isn't big enough to claim that Kabam is tilting RNG in any direction, let alone their favor. I don't even know how it can be in their favor, but we'll leave that alone.

I'll happily call out Kabam where they need to be called out, but I'm not interested in paranoia and conspiracy theories.

In terms of evidence, there is no shortage of AI footage to demonstrate a long-standing pattern of negligence. Kabam’s occasional admissions of wrong-doing, yet never addressing the situation, helps. And I’m sure there are inside people that are or have been with the company that are aware of internal memos or metrics that illustrate their purposeful misconduct.

That being said, if anyone is serious, I’d happily be one of the class-representatives for a suit against Kabam.

Evidence of an issue is not evidence of negligence. If you wanna hang out at Kabam HQ all day and give us proof that they treat their job like it's road construction, that would be some evidence. If there are clouds in the sky for 10 days and we don't see the sun, it doesn't mean the sun stopped trying.

Negligence is rather easy to demonstrate. Same issues, same responses, same conclusions.

If you have proof (you don't) that Kabam is either doing nothing or is purposely causing bugs (they aren't) to force players to pay more or use more resources, then have the backbone to provide the evidence. Start up the lawsuit. See how far you go and how much it costs you. Any lawyer worth his salt will laugh you out of his office.

“There is no case law” is a wild thing to say. There’s always case law. It may not be laser-focused on point, but I guarantee you it exists and any attorney worth their salt could probably find something relevant within a few hours of research.

But the word “relevant” is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that paragraph. Because you still haven’t outlined an actual claim to determine what is relevant to it. What was Kabam’s duty? How did they breach it? Is that breach directly responsible for damages? Are those damages substantive or de minimis? You keep throwing the words “fraudulent” and “negligent” around but don’t seem to realize that those are entirely different claims requiring different bodies of proof not only of acts but intent, which, lol good luck proving intent. And like… “my progressional difficulty game keeps getting progressionally more difficult” ain’t exactly the slam dunk argument you seem to think it is.

And don’t even get me started on making this a class action case. Or I guess feel free to if you’re willing to pay my firm’s hourly rate.

so you have proof they aren’t because it’s a two way road way too inconvenient the modes where dying actually matters is bugged the day they took away revive farming and made the game pay to win is the day it all started play any other mode besides war battle grounds or incursions and the game does not lag it does not freeze there are control input issues only in modes where a score is kept are there only bugs but when the bug benefits us and takes money away from them it’s fixed immediately and properly fixed when it benefits them then they make a claim that it takes all this time then they finally say it’s fixed and of course it is not idc what anyone says something shady is going on and it will come out

Innocent until proven guilty. Until you provide real evidence that any of the negative issues impacting the game are done on purpose, then they are not. No one here has to win an argument for Kabam not causing issues. You presented the argument that they are. Prove it.

Ah. There it is. Your big mad they removed revive farming. News flash, if you needed to farm that many revives, your bad at the game. Just admit it. You can still stockpile plenty in a week or two for most content. It's called self control.
