Black Market ISO issue/question

I am currently on story like 6/2/2 and cannot access the Black Market ISO shop that says to be able to get some of the items I am trying to get, requires you to complete storyline 6/1. Am I missing something?

    Black Market shop is part of the Sigil. Do you have the monthly subscription?

    No. However the T5 fragment for example says.

    To access this offer: Activate the Summoner's Sigil, Achieve Story Milestone: Cavalier (by completing Act 6 Chapter 1 or owning at least 5x Rank 3 6-Star Champions.

    So maybe its just bad wording, but if the Sigil is one of the 3 "or"s, the other two are owning the champions or having completed the story milestone. If the sigil is a requirement it should be something like this.

    Sentence structure (parentheses sub specific)

    A and B (with B being either B1 or B2)

    Sigil and Cav (with Cav being either Act 6.1 or 5x 6* r3)
