Not sure where your expectations were set that way when the 1billion milestone is the goal and everything after that is a stretch goal. Stark foundation only wanted to help us reach the goal and not the stretch goals. If you want the stretch goals, you'll need to work for them.

They gave the full titan crystal at a pretty reasonable milestone. Kinda silly to organize a boycott over this imo.

No, too much effort to do that for someone who is going to retire in an hour anyways over 5-6k titan shards and trophy tokens.
