Account banned for trying to access 9.2 beta

Hey guys just wanted to know why was my account banned for trying to access the 9.2 beta. This morning when i tried to login the the 9.2 beta i showed that network error and when i click on retry is said login but when i decided to restart my game is showed that my account was banned for TOS violation can u pls look into it @kabammike
My in-game account name is ARÊŠ

    It is confusing me because i didn’t use any third party apps or anything just tried to login and got banned don’t know why

    That’s the problem idk why i got banned im using and ios i dont know if that has to do with anything bro i just want my account to be unbanned worked to hard to that pls if u need proof i will try my best to provide it

    I did they said they are reviewing my account i send them the details to my account email alliance name tag and everything and haven’t heard from they for like 4 hours now

    Unfortunately all they are likely to get from support is a copy/paste “you cheated and we can’t tell you what you did that was wrong but we know you did it” type response.

    I’m sure Kabam’s ban system is on point most of the time but there have been a few times it has been wrong and support refused to help. It took a someone from the forums or CCP member involvement to get it looked at. I think there have been at least 3 cases in the last year or so.
    Yup that's why he deserves the benefit of doubt, it could have been a mistake, and that's sad to hear the support isn't helping in those cases .

    I just tried to login into the beta it showed network error i clicked on retry in was stuck on that screen for like a fill minute bit when i restarted my game my account was banned i just want to know why would they ban me i worked to damn hard on that account

    Usually the TOS message says which rule they think you broke. Did it say?

    To rule out the easy answer, have you ever (even once) played on an emulator like blue stacks or anything other than a mobile device?

    Have you shared your account information with someone who isn't in your location and then also had them try to enter the game when you couldn't?

    I tried to login using my brother iso but still didn’t work

    They just sent me this email and nothing else its been like 4 and half hours now no reply

    It can take up to 24-48 hours for them to respond. That's an automated message that goes out when you submit something.

    When you try to login, what does it say? Does it say you've been permanently banned, or are you suspended and there's a timer that says how long you have to wait? What rule does it say you broke when you try to login?

    Candy bro if i got banned for using third party apps that would have been fine with me but why was i banned when trying to login to the 9.2 beta i play this game to pass sometime but i wouldn’t have work so hard if i knew it was gonna stress me so hard

    Ban reports takes a lot more time to respond than a normal ticket.
    They have to check a lot of things.
    They will reply in next 12-24 hours.
    Just wait.
