    Make sure you are typing your password in correctly on that old email, something tells me that might be the issue

    Some letters or numbers may all look alike.

    If it doesn’t work typing it in using one letter, try the other similar looking letter instead.
    (and hope there are not more than just 1 or 2 of those within your unique code, otherwise you might be having to try many combinations).

    And yes, it is case sensitive.
