I more concerned of the fully loaded one hackers I really hope that’s get a big boost bec if not pc would in the end ruined it a lot. That’s my concern a lot.
And they will be banned so they aint gonna go crazy since they still gonna have anti cheat software
They never been able to really fix the arena bot farms on mobile... You think they gonna be able to stop a PC running 24/7?
Bots will always be a problem when u can create new accounts etc
Its not a new account problem... PC version running 24/7 bot farming arenas for a whole year... Things like 4/7, CM, Banquet...all this new event formats like Omega days and so on....

Compare to mobile cheating on pc gonna be easy and more hacks can be implemented via codes and third party softwares
Currently their bann system is very slow they making bann in waves But I see lots of necro modding players on global active even after those previous waves
Their current bann system also has shortcoming of only bann players who continuously use mods
They generally don't bann such players who use mods 1-2 times to complete Everest content and after uninstall and back to normal game
or even if kabam sometime catches them they only give 7day or 1 month bann which is still a good deal for modders to use mod for Everest content finish it and get their id back in 7days or 1month
It’d be really good to get an update on how Kabam plans to protect the contest from more cheating now that it’s moving to platforms even more infamous for them

Tell that to the people permabanned for modding Necro once.
Kabam's banning policy has been better the last year than it has ever been. There is no 3 strikes policy anymore where first offense is 1 week, 2nd is a month and 3rd is ban. If a person is obviously modding, they can be permabanned without any warning.
In case anyone is interested in how everything looks, I recorded a little video of me looking around. The fights are a little rough since I'm a) still learning the controls and b) find the mouse and keyboard setup (which I used in this video) to be less intuitive than the controller one. But at least you can see it in action.
Cool, I can talk about it now. PC honestly makes the game interesting again learning the controls and whatnot, it is similar to the feeling I had when I first started the game. It is a fun experience and you can adapt pretty quickly. I did my Saga incursions run just fine.
I can say my playtime has shot back up lately with access to the pc build, so nice to be able to leave it open on another monitor while Im working and jump over when I can or leave something running on auto when I have extra energy

Anti-cheat and the potential threats from opening the game up to PC have been front of mind the entire way through development of the game, top top priority for the team for sure.

Does this mean there’s low chance of steam deck support? Since some anti cheat don’t work on it.
