So originally I suspect most people were assuming you were complaining about the meta. But weird or nasty metas do not cause people to lose a lot, because every one of those 17 losses was someone else's win. Weird metas actually tend to help weaker players, because weaker players are more likely to lose in a straight up match, but when playing in a chaos meta anything can happen. What weird metas tend to do is push everyone towards 50/50, because random metas affect everyone equally. So if you lost 17 out of 20, my guess is you progressed upward faster than the average player of your strength, and as a consequence you're facing stronger players now than you would have, say, last season.
Which is intentional. How fast you can rise and how hard the matches will be depends on how everyone else is doing, because you are in competition with everyone else. If there are fewer lower progress players in BG this season compared to last season, if they are playing fewer matches due to Realm Event hang over, then you're going to see more downward pressure in higher VT tiers.
We're still only about half way through the season, more or less. I'd expect the competition strength in Diamond 4 to still be fairly high, and only start dropping off in the last week or so.
I'm only vibranium IV and I am totally confused by the Battleground nodes/meta.. I noticed most of my attacks miss while opponents defenders easily hit my champions, they seem to gain power dast too.
This is so annoying.. even with class advantage my champions seem to miss a lot as if they are faltered..
More loss and can even barely win at all.. one time when I actually beat 7* Bullseye (undupe) with my 7* NTW (awaken) while loading to victory screen game crash (bug) and match got revert back to both champions at full hp but only 50secs to go.. I just straight up forfeit the match.
If the game cannot handle the 60 frames just tell us.

You should read the nodes more carefully and try to use the tagged champions. The misses are not whiffs caused by the number of fps
GC is a clown fest… Absolutely disgusting, imagine opponent filling up sp3 twice, thrice in a match up if you just can’t use your special for some reason (red skull, peni parker, etc).

I'm in diamond 1, have reached the 300,000 point threshold I was chasing for a 7 star, now just going for my every other day points I can get for the next couple weeks on my main and stockpiling elders marks for next season.
Alt is 3,000 shards away from another 7 star, so aiming for 200,000 points to get that and possibly stopping there. that roster is weaker and is just struggling to break into Diamond yet.

There’s no way to say this without sounding like a jerk, but honestly — it’s pretty impressive you can get to Vib 4 without a basic understanding of how sagas / metas / nodes work.
