Signing out

How are we supposed to sign out of the online store? I have 2 accounts and there is no Log out button anymore.

    It’s not there. I've held down where my name is and nothing pops up. I don’t see it at the bottom of the web page either. Do you have it @DNA3000?

    What do you mean held down (press and hold?)? Did you click on it?

    If you look at my pic you don’t see a Log Out on my web page. I even tried it on Safari and it’s not there either.

    You should just be tapping on it, like it is a button, not holding it over hovering over it like it is a context popup (see Ouro's post above) Light attack, not block.

    And yeah, I double checked it on PC Chrome and iOS Safari to make sure it wasn't broken for me before posting.

    I’ve closed and opened a new window on chrome and still no log out button. Same thing on Safari. I will close the windows and restart my phone to see if that works.

    Well, it is a website store front: they are often load balanced, and they are often behind content delivery networks, so it is possible you are seeing some sort of breakage I'm not seeing. All I can test is the site itself seems to be working, and when it is working that's the button to tap.

    If you continue to have issues, I would suggest clearing cache and deleting all cookies related to the *.playcontestofchampions.com domain. It is possible something is stuck in there. Also, if nothing else that should delete all the sessions cookies to the site and cause you to have to log back in regardless.

    Still no log out button and I did clear my cache and stored browser history and still no log out button. I did get what the pic shows now though.

    I click on it as I usually would and nothing happens

    A minute ago I claimed free crystal on both accounts.
    The site broke at one moment.
    I saw a new button on offers.

    I guess they are working on the site. Yours is broken atm, but I think it will be back soon.

    The logout button is just now invisible for me. After clicking on my name I just click below my name like the logout button is still there and it logs me out.

    The logout button is just now invisible for me. After clicking on my name I just click below my name like the logout button is still there and it logs me out.
    Well what do you know, I just tested and it now is showing this behavior for me as well. It must be rolling out staggered. Same here: if I click on my account name and then tap right below it, the button is there and logs me out, but it is invisible. I'll report it if it hasn't been reported yet.

    It took me to the page with my name already there. There’s no options to sign in or out even after I cleared cookies and cashe.

    Note: this started happening to me on iOS Safari, but PC/Chrome still has a visible logout button as I write this. So it might be a style sheet breakage somewhere.

    Edit: reported to Kabam, should be passing along to the group that manages the webstore.

    Seems store updated as theres a cart now so multiple purchases at once

    I just tested (Safari on iOS), putting the 2 FREE crystals in my Cart (shopping cart button, instead of the “Free” or “4.99” (or whatever price) buttons).

    Even without checking out my cart, clicking on the button with my name still made the LOGOUT button come up below it.

    So whether it was even before doing anything with items, or added items to cart but did not check them out yet, or after finishing my cart transaction, (basically any status), clicking on name button made the Logout button appear beneath it.

    So they fixed it as you can see with the pics @DNA3000. You have to tap on your name and you can log out now.

    It wasn’t working the day I made the post and other began to have that problem as well. It was fixed afterwards.

    Yes, it should be fixed now. It should have been fixed in the afternoon of the 26th, but it slipped my mind to post that after I tested it.
