My friend account been abnormal when he login his account in new phone that he bought today.
Is community helpful or anyother way for unblock his account

    Yes my friend account been abnormal bcz he login his account in new phone

    Furrymoosen my friend account been banned because he login his account in new phone that he bought today.
    My friend was playing mcoc from above 2 years but this situation had maked him broken.

    You don’t get banned just for playing on a new phone.

    Unless logging in from what would be another part of the world, or doing content beyond what they had been able to do before from old phone, or sharing their account with someone else, or using Hacks/Mods on the phone, etc.

    He's not hacker,he just bought a new phone n installed n login his account
