I gave my 3 accounts to my friends to play for a while cuz I was busy at some work I really want to spend in banquet event and want those free 7* champs so I told them to play story quests for progression
Today I tried to login it shows that my accounts r suspended for 1 month
Honestly I don't know that sharing accounts will lead to get suspended
So I request you to get my accounts out from suspension as soon as possible I really want those free 7* and participate in banquet event
I created 2 new account for banquet event

I know I did a mistake it was unintentional
I am sorry
I am not going to repeat it again
@mcocteam @KabamCrusher
Please remove suspension for my 3 accounts

If you're going to complain, at least @ the right people

Actually it's my first time posting here so I don't know whome to tag

All of the drop-down Kabam tags are no longer valid (not with Kabam anymore), but they won’t be able to reverse a valid ban anyways.

No account sharing, which you did, so banned for a while.
Doesn’t matter that there happens to be something good coming up, so you wanted to come back.

You intentionally shared your accounts, so your mistake was not unintentional.

You don't have to know the rules for them to apply. They gave you the rules, you didn't read them.

Yeah I know I did a mistake but I really don't know that sharing accounts will get my accounts suspended
And it was unintentional cuz if I would know that my accounts will get suspended y would I waste my hard work done on these accounts to participate in banquet

Wow, they were not sure so they banned 1 month, now you confess and they'll have consistent thought to consider to ban longer 😆

Do you promise to not break rules again and not share your account around?

Be glad it's only a month. Better luck at next year's banquet!

I would unban him just for the honesty. It's refreshing that a " cousin" didn't just randomly pick up his phone, log in, and explore necroplis the first time playing the game.

It isn't necessarily honest. "Gave to friends to play story" could easily translate to "paid a merc to play story".

OP, your choice was intentional. Just because you didn't understand the rules doesn't mean you didn't make a conscience decision that led to you breaking them. You willingly shared your accounts, therefore you willingly broke the rules even in your ignorance. It is not Kabam's responsibility to read the rules to you. They provided the rules and you checked the box that said you read them and agreed to follow them, then you broke them. Their responsibility is to protect the integrity of the game, which they have done by giving you a temporary ban. Be grateful that it isn't permanent, because it could be. Now you've got a year to prep for next year's banquet.

They're not asking for an apology. They already showed you what will make up for it - a 30-day suspension.

Atleast they can reduce the time for 30 to 7 or even 15 days
It would be very helpful for me
