I watched the stream from start to finish but missed this time limited promo code. I mean, How are people even supposed to know? I even stayed up till 2am for the stream and was watching the entire time and had no idea except for the "thankyouforplaying". I woke up the next morning and found out that i missed 100x tier6 iso. Would have been very useful.

You seem to have forgotten, I don’t know maybe 10 free champions plus the 6 reworks in those box things. On top of that all of the other free 7* stuff we’ll be getting in the banquet. ISO is going to be a very valuable resource.

Well let's blame Kabam for giving 10 7* and putting the strain of leveling them up on the players with no ISO... People are so ungrateful... Its just ISO, lots of people just sell the overflow on a daily bases.

Hey folks, just wanna say we're reading through all of this and happy to take the feedback on board. As I said before this was just a test of a new way to do a code. We wanted to make sure and do it at the same time as giving out an actual code which is why we have the ThankYouForPlaying code that everyone can use. Didn't want this test to just go out on its own for a lot of the reasons folks mentioned here.
That all said I do want to respond to some of the feedback with regards to the timing of the stream. A sometimes annoying reality is that we need to sleep and go home and have a life outside of work (aspire to it anyways haha). We 100% understand that is the same for all of you, and if you choose to spend that free time watching the stream we are incredibly grateful. However, with that restriction in place it means we have to do the livestream during our west coast working hours. Within that window of time, the current stream time is the time slot we have identified through data as working best for the most possible people.
There's not going to be a perfect answer simply because of geography. What works for one person is middle of the night for another, one person finishes work right as another starts. Its an unfortunate reality that we have to work with. I know having said that it sucks for some folks who cannot watch because of timezone and I am genuinely sorry about that. We try to make sure we can accommodate those folks as much as possible with stream recaps, codes that (beyond the one test one) are available for more than 24 hours, etc. Not trying to make excuses, just wanting to peel back the curtain and walk through the why a bit here. Hopefully that helps explain things a bit better.

Aside from this.. I think you guys really need to evaluate how to test things in the future. Personally I don't see this ISO thing as a big issue, but this rogue tests you guys are doing are not handled in the best way. The FX test you guys run, cancelling a war, messing up the war standings and all at the end of the season, this rogue test leaving players without access to free stuff... It's weird, Kabam has always been blamed for NOT testing stuff and releasing it bugged, and now even the testing messes up on the players end.

@KabamPinwheel , So it was only active for 30 seconds to 5 min or so (expecting lag or delay from actual "live" event)? I put that code in within seconds of it being live on air and had errors "Unable to find the code" and "Enter a valid code". Then I did every 5 to ten minutes as I played the game over the next hour. Then tried again yesterday evening and then this morning.

I think you should leave the promo codes and twitch drops up long enough to guarantee that everyone in every time zone will have had at least 24 hours to claim it.

Well the reason of the promo code is actually watching the stream, people getting it leaked is a loophole...pretty far from just getting stuff in the mail... They should just stop promo codes and do twitch drops instead.. You watch the stream long enough, you get rewards.
