Kabam support just trashed my account - deleted a r3 champ for no reason

Hi

A few days ago the annoying pop up for the daily super event double up and I accidentally pressed the purchase button.

I contacted support about it:




To which, after 3 days, kabam support replied:




So my digital property is totally disregarded by your employees? This is outrageous.

Of course I immediately replied that this was a terrible mistake:



This was hours ago. Absolutely no reply. I’m devastated. I have no clue what to do.

Please, I need advice.

    (and why would they be concerned with HOW the paid person actually spent their money they paid them).

    AGAINST RULES TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PLAY ON YOUR ACCOUNT (and/or do content for you).
