I've sent a ticket 3 days ago and no response yet and have seen others have problems too lately. Has the support team gone down since then they used to respond quickly

If you did any of the milestomes and claimed the prizes
And are you saying that purchasing with real money didn’t have any follow up authorization screen/box that you had to confirm ?
Or did you purposedly go all the way thru, to see what the actual “dollar” amount would be (or whatever currency conversion) ?
That's different from accidental tapping of screen at the moment a pop-up offer happens.
