How do I logout of my banned account

in Bugs and Known Issues
I got banned for using hacks ( I gave to my friend and he prolly used it) and I’m now realised my mistakes and wanted to start from first but it just doesn’t let me logout, can anyone help me out. I realised my mistakes.

    Kabam logged you out... Permanently. Create a new account and don't use hacks.

    Nope, not what they are saying.

    Their device still tracks what your LAST ACCOUNT you were logged in as.
    And when you run the game, it automatically logs into that account (of which here, is banned).

    So they can not proceed to corner Settings in game, to do a Logout, to be able to login as a different account. And can’t create a new account, if they can’t get to the Settings in game.

    They are stuck. Although I think Kabam Support can go ahead and detach your device from doing auto-login into that banned account.
    But don't think you can do that yourself, unless maybe clearing all cache and game storage on your device,

    Uninstall and download the game again.

    Go to app settings and clear data
    That way you can login with new account without downloading the game again

    Good luck. Never share your credentials again

    @buggyDclown I’m ios and I can’t clear data, if I delete it auto logins this account can u help me out

    I’m not sure where that stuff is stored. I just tested it and logging out of Game Center doesn’t help. You could try logging out of your Apple account entirely. Or alternatively you might try opening a support ticket with Kabam and asking them to unlink that game account from your Apple ID.
