Unit drop rates in uncollected arena crystal

So prior to the release of act 5.4 when I would open 100k in uncollected arena crystals I would usually pull a few units here or there. Since the release of 5.4 I have opened over 700k worth of uncollected arena crystals and haven't received anything other than gold. I thought I was just unlucky but after talking to players within my alliance and others I have discovered this has been happening to everyone. I would like this addressed as it's forcing players to spend money for units as there are few ways to gain them throughout the game. Maybe this is a bug or maybe there has been an adjustment to the drop rates without telling us. Please provide an update.

    Remember the bug when the 5* Punisher wasn't even included on release... that got brushed under the carpet quick, he was clearly added during maintenance a few weeks after the launch.

    Yeah something is up with the unit drop rates big time and it's super fraustrating.

    Yeah its been gimped ever since the gifting event.

    I noticed it mid way through the gifting event, I've basically had nothing but gold since.

    Fine for me, finished 5.4 with about 1000 units and was able to hit all the gifting milestones requiring 6000 more units which were largely gained from uncollected arena crystals.

    Actually you are right that's when it started because they wanted us using our own money not earned units in gifting event.

    I am getting really consistent units from regular Arena Crystals (having a lucky streak I suppose). Just checked my screen shots and I have gotten over 400 this past month and I barely do arenas (usually just rank in each and maybe on one or two i may got a bit further)... probably only like 200 Arena Crystals at most.

    It comes and goes. I got 225 units from 5 crystals today. I've had recent runs of 75 units, nothing but gold, and some really good runs. I don't think anything has changed.

    Probably the Uncollected ones have a much lower drop chance but when you hit you hit big... so like you say it probably evens out (but sucks having dry streaks I am sure). I know that is how PHC work for me... I got a couple in the first 2 months, then none for a few months, and then all of a sudden 2 more in the past week.

    They have most likely been lowered for the unit drops I mean it makes sense because of big grinders they could pull a ton of units.
