Does your PC have native Google Play? And does that native Google Play have MCoC available? It'll be out for everyone on Steam eventually.
Yhea I know it will, but I saw it on my pc on goggle play so I was just curious if I could play there without violating the terms. And I don’t think think it has native goggle play.. o don’t really know. If you could explain either scenario if so to me

The only pc with native Google Play were Chromebooks. I would not recommend downloading and playing it on your PC.

I think you missed the point there. He’s saying the only computers that had native Google Play support were Chromebooks, not normal PCs. If you’re saying your “PC” is actually a Chromebook running Android and it fully supports Google Play apps and MCOC is available for that platform, then it probably is officially supported.
However, any platform that Google Play does not directly support without modifications is not supported by Kabam and can get you banned if you play on it. If whatever your device is, it is an unmodified unhacked device, and you are running a completely native install of Google Play that Google itself officially supports, you’re fine. But if there’s a shenanigans anywhere along that chain, it is not allowed.
It would help if you specified precisely what the hardware of your “PC” is. As in, manufacturer, model type, model number, that stuff.

As of a year ago, Chromebook stopped being supported. There's no other PC that I know of that has Google Play as a native app. No PCs that I know of are android OS's.
If you want to play on PC, you'll need to wait until it comes to steam everywhere.
