There are 3 types of champions in MCOC

Battlegrounds has become the most important mode in MCOC
You can see players ranking up champions based on battlegrounds
So there are 3 types of champions classification
Nukes
Tanks
Irrelevant
Champions that can deal huge amount of damage in the shortest time are nukes e.g Cosmic Ghost Rider, Juggernaut etc
Champion that are tanky and can drag the time are tanks e.g Nick Fury, Serpent, Sasquatch etc
Champions that fit in neither category are irrelevant e.g Aegon (Useful in everest content but useless in battlegrounds)

Wrong. Just because a champ isn't a nuke or tank doesn't make them irrelevant. Bg isn't the only game mode. I rank up tons of champs that are bad for bg

BG isn't most important mode but being portrayed as one by content creators.
Evidence: whenever there was deathless piece was there , participation increased like crazy. You can find several posts including how people from 4-5k ranks dropped to 30-40k ranks.

Similar goes to champs
Mags isn't good pick usually in Bags except few metals, meanwhile he is one the best champs in game for metal champs especially in act 6-9 and other end game content

Don't want to argue more as I am tired of this BG TIED META SLAVES JUDGING EVERY CHAMP SOLELY IF THEY CAN FINISH A BG MATCH OR NOT

It's funny to say " Champs are judged based on bgs" When bgs aren't even the highest source of rewards. We literally get 33% of a 7* r4 reward and a 7* awakening gem and multiple 7* titans via the new necro challenges, Bgs give you what again?

If we're going to talk about synergies, the issue isn't BGs. The issue is if a champ is only good with synergies. So yeah, not many are out here ranking up Cable or Agent Venom because they require synergies to be most effective. But there are plenty of champs who are good on their own, and even better with synergies. Nobody is hitting pause on them because they can't use their synergies in BGs. Weak champs are weak in every single game mode, not just BGs. And champs that are good in BGs are good in multiple modes, not just BGs. There are players that only do rank-ups based on BGs, but BGs is not the end-all-be-all for the entire game like you think it is.

BGs isn’t the only gamemode (though it’s the most meta mode). That’s why champions like Aegon, Northstar, Sentry and Guillotine 2099 exist for other content

I ranked my serpent to r3 for questing. I used him for basically all of 9.1 including the boss in one run

I have been following them the entire time I've played this game. Which is 10 years. I can tell you this, they have made as much money now as they have at any other time. They are not hurting for money. They are the top earning game for netmarble. Simmer down son.
