I took The leader to r3, thinking he was going to get rebalanced. Somehow he is on “the same level as serpent” and doesn’t need to get rebalanced. Please can i get a rank down ticket so i can take up silk instead.

This is a laughably entitled attitude, as evidenced by all the people laughing.
You made up a rule (that every new champion has to be as good as Serpent), made a decision based on that rule you made up, and then when reality didn’t conform to your fantasies, you demanded a refund. And then took swings at people pointing out how ridiculous that request is. Just take the L and call it a day.
Oh wait, I thought that stood for "Leader" for a sec.
there's no better account than one with a 7r3 Leader. except a 7r4 leader...
The assessment isn't that Leader is 'as good as Serpent'.
The assessment is that they are both balanced at doing what Kabam wants them to do:
- Serpent is an extremely strong defender, and a very solid Attacker with broad utility.
- Leader is a moderately strong 'stall' defender, and can be useful for controlling Power Gain/Regeneration threats on Attack.
There was never any intent for Leader to 'equal' Serpent - Kabam wants them to have different roles in the game. Which they do.The rebalancing program was never about equalising champions. It's about establishing that new champions have found their intended niche; and we ('the people') haven't found an unintended exploit that makes them the next Hercules.
