JUST ANOTHER KABAAMED PLAYER

On the 15th of November I purchased the 7* Mr. SINISTER bundle by accident. I contact Kabam to get it reversed but the option to purchase it again was not reset. When I inquiry about it I was told that it was going to be reset on Dec 11th so I waited and until not it is not reset. Now that I send a ticket so I can the the bundle they automatically close it and give no answer back. I have invest plenty on this game but this season is very disappointing I am on the verge of quitting all.

Did you used any item from that bundle cuz if so then they might not be able to reverse it. Hope your problem gets resolved soon

If its about banquet tokens, they are in the bundle so the bundle gives banquet tokens AND mister sinister stuff, so the bundle is better

So.... even 2 step purchases are no match for the community? So probably none of the accidental 9500 unit purchases would have been prevented with a confirmation?

Those accidental purchases are still a miracle. There's nothing to touch on the home screen where those buttons show up on the offer, so how that happens will never make sense anyway.

Because people clearly just tap its quite clear adding extra stuff will still get people to buy at this point its not human error but not looking properly

Ouch. I’m not sure why you’d post this and hope for sympathy. I don’t think anyone would understand your logic behind any of this. Why did you want the purchase reversed in the first place?
