I currently have Mister Sinister at r3 and I plan to take Dazzler to r3 too when I get her in march. I know they both really want the gem so I’m torn with who to give it to!

    Right, but the issue is who benefits more from their SA.
    If this was a question between which champ to select out of those two, then Sinister, I agree.
    But Dazzler's SA is more beneficial to her than Sinister's is to him.
