Not receiving units from Dazzler pass

I claimed today's Dazzler pass reward for 260 units, but after spending 0 units, and refreshing my game multiple times, I somehow only have 257 units?
Really not sure how that math is supposed to add up.

Maybe back-end servers taking longer to transfer it into accounts (immediate close/reopens sometimes help, but other times might just take server time to get it done)
But around few years im using deferent Apple account so wich mean everytime i buy something payments are from tigertaipei@icloud.com
No matter what you did wrong to earn you the negative units, it has absolutely nothing to do with this post you're commenting on. Definitely something to contact support or make your own forum post about.
Also I'm like 90% sure you posted sensitive personal info in those pics. Need to watch what you're posting online for everyone to see.
If purchase was in mistake, *DO NOT* request refund from Apple/Google or your credit card, bank, etc.
***Have to request Refund from Kabam itself.
Otherwise, your game account will still have the stuff (Units) you purchased, but your bank will have given you your money back from it.
So Kabam makes you “repurchase” (via Negative Credit Units) that amount, in order for you to have access to your Units in game again, otherwise it is as if you have stolen from Kabam.
Was purchase from the one (pic below) that only gives you Units *Over Time*, as you gradually increase your Summoner Level with the NEW levels now ?
Which can take 2-3 months per level, using new Enhanced XP, only for Valient.
Probably bought that, then realized it wasn’t what you were hoping for.
Go thru Kabam to request proper refund.
