Paragon Gauntlet Locked

I'm a valiant player and finished exploring Thronebreaker and claimed the key for paragon gauntlet and it still says it's locked and must be paragon player or higher. Can we get a fix for this please?

    Same, Valiant and gauntlet is locked 🥵

    The Juggs bug was hella annoying to, no sp2 - and he’s pretty much the best option for the whole mystic chapter.

    Side note and apologies to OP for highjacking the thread but is there a way to get all the accounts of employees that have left removed from the forum to prevent confusion? This would be very helpful for people who aren’t constantly on the forums.

    All the people in prior months, who weren’t Paragon yet at the time they did monthly EQ, and then afterwards became Paragon, who were not allowed to do Gauntlet that month, and had to wait until next month (when they would then have already been Paragon, before doing next monthly EQ), and/or wrote into Support to try to get Gauntlet opened up for them after they became Paragon…

    They all felt lonely, so Kabam made it so NOBODY could enter Gauntlet this month, lol.

    Still locked for me and no in-game mail with a new valid token. Feel punished for using my overflow energy to finish the monthly quest :'(
