    This is a known bug, lots of people are locked out and new tickets are being sent next week

    They fixed the issue I think Thursday, so if OP just finished it then they will get in fine. And the new tickets went out sometime around 12-15 hours ago, or at the very least I had mine waiting in the mail when I opened the game 12 hours ago.

    Yall keep using the word unplayable but I don't think you know what that word actually means. Unplayable means the game wouldn't even load up. If you can do fights and everything then the game is in fact playable

    They may not have “just finished” it to get to this point.

    They may have either done the EQ earlier, when key was initially bugged, but are now just going to try and enter Gauntlet. (will have to wait for maybe up to this coming Monday to get it in mail, not sure they were all going out at same time)

    -or- (as was always the case), they JUST became Valiant, after doing EQ before (whether EQ key was still bugged, or afterwards), but becoming Valiant does not unlock the key that you didn’t have access to before you were Valiant.
