Sigil Store is missing

in Bugs and Known Issues
Not sure if this is known at the moment but the sigil store is just gone gave it a few restarts but just wont come back. I know I have not run out of my membership yet as the buff for having it still has 9 days left. If anyone could let me know whats going on that would be much appreciated.

    I just re upped mine 2 days ago and now it’s gone,I don’t even have the buff

    I saw they posted about it in the forum earlier but it says the changes go live 27th so didn't think it would be removed now.

    Idk if I missed it but I didnt see one saying it would be removed today just when the new one would release maybe I missed it was it sent in game?

    yeah, it does but in the mail they sent out a few weeks back it says they remove it on the 13th

    I have 25 days remaining on my sigil buff. Have they said anything about how they are going to address this?

    I never saw a ingame mail that gave the date of the 13th. I read the one that said the new one was starting up on the 27th but nothing about the 13th. Does anyone happen to have a screen shot of it? Was it the same mail or in a different one?

    Although to be fair (until things started to turn nasty), Announcement at top of post here just says..
    *As compensation players will receive a package of rewards based on the number of remaining days of Summoner’s Sigil access they have at the time of the transition.

    So people didn’t realize that “time of transition” didn’t just mean any days still remaining on their Sigil as of the 27th, if Announcement here is the only thing they go back and re-read.

    Without going back to in-game “Updates” messages tab to see it really was gonna be placed on hold (and transition comp) based from the 13th.

    Probably very common though, you may have even read that in-game initially, but not think anything of it until later when you see how it affects you in game somehow.

    I don't like that the higher token is 1:1 as well, considering it takes at least Paragon to use it ..

    This kinda just brings us back into the cycle we get into every once in awhile when it comes to communication though. If something is only communicated on the forums, players complain that it should be in-game. But then when Kabam sends something in-game, players don't read it. At the end of the day, an in-game message goes to every single player. Kabam can't force them to read, but that notification stays until they open. If they're missing information that is guaranteed to have gotten to them, what else can Kabam actually do? Yes, they should've put the date of the 13th on the forums post as well as the webpage, but they didn't. But what they did do was ensure that detail was on the form of communication that every single player received.

    Just reached cavalier now..... and totally pointless..... real waste of 3000 units... I reached cavalier midnight..... went to purchase some very looked forward to perks.....waited about 2.5 years.... what a disappointment... actually want my units back..... especially as I can't think of any rewards for lost opportunity suitable for what I SPENT. that they would actually hand over..... I was almost at a very anticipated 7*...I bet we get a few hundred credits max, and wow another 5*.as a progression based reward. Keep it if that's the case.. already got MOST of them.
    ...... soo annoyed.
