It feels like I have been in a dead end job for 10 years. So I will probably not get this new position...
I've done every aspect of my job and continue to finish all my daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to completion without requiring additional funds.
I'm a team player and a leader as well. I carry my team in any project and guide them so we can do the best job we can.
Occasionally I'll work with other departments on a company wide project and so far most of those have gone well, although there was a lot of complaints during the last one. We still met all the necessary goals.
When I started this job I was basically a nobody with no skills or talent. Now my bosses try to come up with things to stop me from moving forward but I always end up completing the mission.
To my friends: you always have a home here, even though you left me.
