Disappointed in Kabam and the Sigil and expired items situation

As a paying customer who has put a significant amount of money (Kabam can see how much I've put in), I'm very disappointed. I spent a lot of money on the holiday events and a number of my items are going to expire that I need to use up, but can't because my max load has been lowered because I can't renew the old Sigil.
Not sure why they couldn't think of a better way to do this. I'm not sure of whoever thought about this idea at Kabam, but they need to re-look at how they make changes to the game and think about it before releasing a change. And recently, they've introduced a lot of bugs. It was fairly stable for a long time.
Anyways, you (Kabam) can probably tell I'm going to spend a lot less than before because of all these bad decisions you make.

Yeah this is starting off well
The inventory think was probably overlooked. Sometimes Kabam is not the best at covering all the bases on issues that might happen...
Suspending the sigil for 2 weeks has a lot more issues than expected, and a few unit compensation as nice as it is, overlooks a lot of other issues.
They’re dealing with peoples well earned money, and they HAVE to do better.
One would be making a good post about how this is not handled right, explain why and propose an alternative. Like people did with the arena express issue.
The other route is just criticizing about the money spent and think Kabam is your employee and demand things.
One way got us something, the other will get you trolling. Your choice.
If I had to do an alternative, have the opportunity to trade in what they had for units or gold, or I guess revert the change.
Never ‘demanded’ anything, simply stating the facts.
Wtf is this rofl...
Are they dealing with peoples' money? Yes. Do they need to do better? There's always room for improvement. Is it worth getting on a soap box for the cost of a couple coffees? No.
THINK ABOUT IT.
They TURNED IT OFF, for people who paid for it because it is not possible to have it running during the transition; but you suggest they turn it on FOR EVERYBODY....
What would be the point of giving free units as compensation and free marks as currency if they could just have it running?
THINK ABOUT IT!!
You are right about the capital letters, now repeating the same nonsense based on "what if" doesn't make it a good argument either.
Yes, you can make announcements. Just like the several announcements made about the Sigil transition period. You would expect Sigil subscribers to, all things being equal, be more likely to pay attention to such things. The percentage of players who paid attention to and understood an unexpected inventory space fluctuation would be significantly lower. The problems some Sigil subscribers are having now managing resources would be thrown to the entire playerbase, and a lot more players would eventually be in an uproar.
Its not a simple update its a complete overhaul.
You can agree to disagree, I won't. This train of thought is the typical conspiracy theory of thinking well they could have done this and that and something else.
Your belief is they could have given sigil to everyone, and questioning turning it off for the people who paid for it.
Do you buy the sigil? Cause it seems you don't understand what's in it and why it has to be shutdown to actually overhaul.
Its not a matter of being a developer, a programmer or knowing code. It's plain common sense.
The company itself told you, we need to shut it down for the overhaul, and your immediate thought is... " Well you could give it for free in the meantime"... Rofl
Trying to get something for free is not feedback, it's called begging.
