  Far from optimal. You want one point in things that you only need to unlock the next tier. Those first two things should be 1/9 and lesser precision and cruelty should be 1/5. None of them do enough at the level champs are at today to make a worthwhile impact. That'll free up a ton of points for you to put in despair, deep wounds, and especially in your defense and proficiencies.

  I agree with the above. I have 25 points in offense. That frees up 18 for defense and 16 in proficiencies (for me).
  
  I'm not using LC or DW in offense. I do have deep wounds and despair maxed out. I've maxed out willpower in defense too. And I have mystic dispersion at 4/5.

  Strength, Greater Strength, Lesser Precision, and Lesser Cruelty should all be minimum 1s to unlock the next masteries. They're pointless to invest in higher because the amount of help they provide is trivial.

  And no, OP is not asking if that is the best setup (they should know pretty well that it is not).
  
  Just probably asking a “not gonna use this, but is this how I can totally max out all potential strength/attack, without regards to any other mastery” ?

  no ig this is my everyday setup but sometimes I remove points in defence and put it in poison double edge when I'm fighting a boss with my point immune champ or same with bleed but I should have invested in willpower first

  Well then, read all the other replies here. You're wasting 24 points among 4 different nodes in Offense Tree here (no matter how you want to design the rest of your mastery)

  MSD put out a masteries guide video. I suggest watching it as this setup is far from optimal
