Which reverse controls immune should I take? (Necro)

Howdy, this will prolly be my last poll on Necro before I actually attempt completion.
I have a team consisting of
6-Star R5A Kate (Sig 200)
7-Star R3 Shuri (Sig 20)
7-Star R3 Chavez (Unduped)
7-Star R3 Onslaught (Unduped)
My final slot is ideally for someone reverse controls immune, just to take the grandmaster phase, I'm torn between my soon to be R3 sinister, or Wiccan, for the Kate Synergy, thoughts? (Both are unduped)

1) if you are taking the Titania / Guardian path, Wiccan can do some very good work in certain fights. I used him extensively against Aarkus and OS, for example. He’s not the fastest but he can lock down those fights very well. He could also help with Nova.
2) for phase 4 of the GM, Wiccan’s better power gain is probably much more valuable that Sinister’s tankiness. If you get combo’d by GM or eat a special 1, you’re dead no matter what.
