  Most people don't feel great after gambling, particularly when it doesn't go well.
  You're certainly able to attempt a charge back, but keep in mind that it will eliminate any ability that you have to use units or buy offers until Kabam recoups that $400. You made a purchase, and you received and used the goods in that purchase, so no matter the scenario Kabam gets the money. They either keep it now, or you severely impact your playing experience until they get it later.

  Range of outcomes on Valiants is wildly divergent. There are folks who pop 100 or more and don’t get a single 7*, while others (see threads on front page) pop a single batch of 10 and get both Zola and Gentle as 7*.
  
  There’s really no rhyme or reason to it, but it isn’t a “scam.” It’s just the way the odds work in MCoC.

  They're legally required to communicate accurate crystal odds, which they did. You can cry all you want, it's still not a scam.

  No one is trying to be mean to you here. Kabam policy on chargebacks for legitimate purchases is typically to offset the chargeback with negative units on your in game account.
  
  Your contention (as far as I can tell) is that the purchase isn’t legitimate. If you have actual proof of that, I encourage you to pursue your claim. Assuming historical efforts to chargeback for in game purchases are similar to yours, I’m not hopeful you’ll succeed. But good luck.
