Ripped off

Man I just spent a dumb amount on the Zola crystals. I opened literally 40 crystals. One 7 star which was wiccan, already have hime. Gee thanks. Besides that I only got 5 and 6 star champions. Majority 5 stars. Maybe five 6 stars. I'm thinking of calling my bank and back charging because this is a damn scam. How is it that all these content creators get Zola so easy and here I am 40 crystals deep with one extremely lackadaisical wiccan dupe to show for it. I'd like Zola.

Range of outcomes on Valiants is wildly divergent. There are folks who pop 100 or more and don’t get a single 7*, while others (see threads on front page) pop a single batch of 10 and get both Zola and Gentle as 7*.

There’s really no rhyme or reason to it, but it isn’t a “scam.” It’s just the way the odds work in MCoC.

    Womp womp still a scam

This is how the game, and RNG, has always worked, so it is not a scam. Unless you just started playing yesterday, I don't know why you'd expect the same crystal pulls as anyone else
    Womp womp still gonna dispute
Just FYI, what you're doing is committing consumer fraud.
Womp womp they'll get over it
Kabam won't. Go ahead and do a charge back. You got what you bought. You just don't like the results. I hope you know you'll never be able to buy anything in the game again whether cash offer or resources because you won't have units.

Looking forward to seeing how this plays out.

No one is trying to be mean to you here. Kabam policy on chargebacks for legitimate purchases is typically to offset the chargeback with negative units on your in game account.

Your contention (as far as I can tell) is that the purchase isn’t legitimate. If you have actual proof of that, I encourage you to pursue your claim. Assuming historical efforts to chargeback for in game purchases are similar to yours, I’m not hopeful you’ll succeed. But good luck.
