  It's rng, so theoretically it's no different. I like spin more, for animation purpose. Spin will play your emotion more, feel worse if it's up to double roll over or in-between desired champ or best champ.
  
  Higher chance if pop more than one (multiple)? Idk, it's still rng. You can pop 10 and got nothing, you can spin one and get the best, vice versa.

  Depends on the crystal. If it's a mixed star crystal and there's a high chance to get 5* and below, I pop 'em to avoid the troll roll and keep low expectations. If I'm opening a crystal that guarantees a 7*, I'll pop or spin. I could still troll, but at least I'll still get a 7*.
