Better pull rates. 3700$ is to much to not get bastion

I suggest better pull rates. To spend 3700$ trying to dupe a champ and not get it guarantees I’ll never chase one of these champs ever again. Getting a dupe should never go past 1000$. Everyone before bastion has never cost this much to dupe. Really disappointed over 400 OZT/Sentinal savior crystals and not a single 7* bastion

First of all, the OZT crystals and the Sentinel Savior crystals are two completely different crystals. One has a 0.20% chance to drop 7* Bastion and the other has a 0.36% chance to drop Bastion. If you bought 400 of an assortment of them, I have no idea why you would do that. The webstore doesn't seem to have a limit on those (although that's not something I'm planning on testing).

Assuming you were buying the Sentinel crystals, the odds of getting 7* Bastion after opening 438 crystals (the amount you could buy spending $3650 USD) are 79.4%. There's thus a 20% chance of missing after that many crystals. It happens all the time.

MCOC is a game, not a store. They are not selling you champs like a supermarket might sell oranges, and you should not be expecting to get awesome value for your money. MCOC is in the business of operating a free to play game. Things are priced so that those willing to spend pay a lot for relatively little, and in the process subsidizes the vast majority of free to play players who spend nothing.

If you're unwilling to spend on those crystals, then don't. The game is not going to be making things cheaper just for you. The game would rather you keep your money, and sell to the players willing and able to spend more. If you decide to never spend on those crystals again because you didn't get what you wanted, you probably shouldn't have spent that much in the first place. Those crystals are targeted at the players who want to spin a few for fun, and those who would buy however many it takes to get the champ and not think twice. They are not meant for people who are spending near their limits with the expectation of a guaranteed return.

I don’t know anymore. Guess because he is new and I’m an addict

Well seems like you've diagnosed the issue. The crystals are essentially gambling and you didn't get lucky. Nothing in this game is worth that amount of money. He'll become far more available as time goes on and his dupe isn't even that necessary. Seriously go spend that on a nice thing you can tangibly use rather than some pixels that make bigger numbers when they punch
