Hello, I was banned and I don’t know why,I just bought an account upgrade

Define account upgrade.
Bans happen most commonly because of the use of third party software, you bought the account, or you paid/allowed someone to play the game for you.
I'm sure we can narrow it down for you. Have a screenshot of the ban message?

So you didn't bought an account upgrade, you hired an account repairman. He probably broke the guarantee seal to fix it, and if he wasn't union he didn't had the permission to do so, and that got you banned.
