Are the 9.2 rewards weird to anyone else?

Here are some things that jumped out at me:
1) a weird lack of t4a. If I’m doing my math right, there are about 5.37, and we’ll use 4 for the r4 they’re pushing as the prize of this content (more on that later)
2) no awakening gem shards. I’m still bummed that I can’t sell 6-star AGs for small amounts of AG shards. To the extent this stuff is reserved for ends of acts, that’s ostensibly a year away.
3) 3 7-star basics and 1.3 titans, with no nexuses to be found (path rewards, comp and exploration combined)
4) I guess this is my big question. I can’t figure out who this is for? It seems to try to have something for everyone, but for any given person, that seems like way more misses than hits.
Most champs who go to r4 are going to make war and BGs more annoying, because defenders can play almost anywhere and attackers are more affected by nodes and matchups.
It seems like we’re getting the chance to put one shiny trophy to put atop our roster but the rest seems like it’s for new valiants, I guess?
Is anyone else a bit confused by the announcement?

I don’t think I would’ve expected 3 t7 (yay).
I also would’ve expected more opportunity for champion acquisition and r3 champs.
I do wonder if they put a disproportionate amount of the reward budget into those t7 to create a full rankup opportunity.
Go back and look at 9.1 rewards, you'll see the rewards actually make sense, and if they gave us more this early then they would've had to speed up the rate at which they're giving certain items which is not a good move, at least not yet.
9.2 for its difficulty will be more than worth the rewards just based off the T7B
I do agree on the awakening gem shards id like to see a bit of shards in 9.2. But its far from a dealbreaker for me
TLDR: For the difficulty of 9.2 compared to other content its rewards are more than fair
The other stuff like the champion crystals seems consistent with the pattern for story act content rewards.
1 r4 from 9.2
1r4 from epoch
1 r4 from combining rewards from epoch, ordeal, carina challenge.
Granted most people haven't completed all this. But if they give a small window for it to be done as well as 9.2, you'll have folks dumping units to do so, just prior to july 4th where they will need to buy more units and deals.
Also, like I said this is a chapter in one Act from story content, not Everest content or full act completion. I don't think we should be getting an r3 gem and an r4 for the effort we will have to put in which, let's be real here for a moment, is usually minimal for most of us, so that's another thing. I didn't even expect a full r4 in the first place considering story content's usual difficulty so for me this is enough I don't mind not getting an r3 gem.
Man 9.2 will be easier than The Ordeal and Epoch, and still this the rewards are better
Let's do a quick recap of the 6* and 7* timeline just to put things into perspective: 6* came out January 2018, 7* came out five years later on May 2023. It hasn't even been two years since 7* were released and you're expecting them to be putting out r5s before we even reach year three? That makes zero sense, the pacing would be completely off and as I mentioned earlier they'd be forced to either introduce 8* in 2027 or hit the pause button on progression for a whole year.
