Would Rogue still get a change even if she didn't win?

I know x-23 won but Rogue did come 2nd. I was thinking she should still get something as she is such a fun champ to play and I see great potential in her. Thoughts?

    I didn't vote for Rogue but would have been happy if she'd won. I agree it would be nice if she had a buff at some point, but it'll be after X-23 if/when it happens.

    Its already a sham as agatha who came second in second vote hasnt still be released and we got bullseye before her

    Probably everyone in the vote is on the internal ‘needs a buff at some point’ list but I know they’ve said they hold off on releasing Summoner’s Choice runner-ups so the vote has more meaning (although most eventually show up); so timeline is probably more ‘Eventually ™️’ rather than ‘Soon ™️’
