Color/illumination issues in different stages

Starting with the January update, the game has color/lighting issues on some Champions in almost all stages, usually the problem is that the lighting is very dark and there are no reflections on the armor, in other stages the color is soft and flat, these issues are especially evident with Onslaught but also affect other Champions, especially the "metallic" ones

    This. I used to play the game at night with my brightness the whole way down to stave off eye strain, but it's almost impossible now with this new lighting/shading. Playing outside during the day is extremely difficult as well; Full brightness isn't enough sometimes because the characters are so dark in dark backgrounds.

    Yes, you are right, im Sorry, i did different threads in bugs section when i progressively realized that the issue wasn't Just and onslaught problem but a general illumination issue/color for different champions, while the threads in "General discussion" was to ask the community of this was a bug or a graphic downgrade. By the way i apologize for this.

    /color issue is still there after update, in fact it got worse, onslaught still have flat or dark color, no reflections on armor and colossus has white hair in some stages.
    in the stage "dr strange mansion" some characters change from dark to monocolor in different points of the stage.

    Also not to mention it just looks awful. Some might say "but there are bigger issues right now" but I disagree and think that visual issues/bugs are a pretty big problem. I play the game for enjoyment (shocking for some people) and when everything looks bad I ask myself "why do I waste time and money on a game that doesn't even look good?" Therefore I drastically dropped my spending on this game since these visual bugs happened which is saying a lot because I'm a pretty big whale lol

    I agree, I can also understand that there are more important bugs and I understand that solving problems continuously is not easy, but some characters have been in this condition since January, also it is not just an aesthetic issue it is difficult to play with characters so dark, especially when the phone screen has the lowest lighting, then some, like onslaught, are among my favorite characters I would prefer it came back as before, i hope they fix it.
