I was in the hospital with each foot broken and I’m sorry to say I made a second account to see what it was like to start from the beginning. I don’t play the second account and was hopping Kabam would let me keep playing my
“M-Ward” account please ?

    I'm thinking bought the account, got ripped off and now trying to play it off as if it's some weird error. If you look at OP's post history they have mentioned their username, but it was never M-ward. Name change is possible, but doubtful.

    If you’re asking “can I have more than 1 account”. YES. And can actually play on multiple accounts.

    (So long as they are all YOUR accounts, never someone else’s, and nobody else has played on them at anytime before or in future)

    You should have separate logins for each account.
    So creating that other account to try out beginner stuff again does not impact your original account at all.
