Didnt get early sign in for rewards

I didnt get the early sign in for rewards. It says i shouldve got it today at 12:00 my time (its 14:39 now) i signed in at may 3rd.

    It will be 12 PST I'd assume. Since they go off of that time zone, also where does it say a time that you get them? My email doesn't specify that?

    yes, in the post on the news tab, they clearly stated that all times they have given us in Pacific standard time, NOT YOUR LOCA TIME

    Edit: I lied, I had to search and it ended up in a promo tab or something but not in the normal mailbox

    The Thank You email came out well after originally pre-registering.

    My email came May 1st (I forget when the registration initially started)
