Please give some information on ACT 6 Reward buffs (╥﹏╥)

FlikFlik Member Posts: 21
Kabam please give us any info regarding the ACT 6 rewards buff, many players have halted their progression after hearing that act 6 rewards will be buffed. And many players who have recently completed act 6 are feeling anxious.

It is creating also confusion and frustration among newer player base. (I recommended this game to my friends after the PC Launch and they started playing it. After progressing they eventually looked at ACT 6 rewards which ofcourse looks funny right besides the Act 5 buffed rewards).

Please provide any of the following info that will help mitigate some of the player base frustration:
1. When will it get buffed? (honestly it will clear-up most confusion. If any exact date cannot be provided atleast give a rough timeline like "within a month", "within 3 months"
2. Who will get the buffed rewards? (like players who completed within a given timeline, say 3 months or 6 months? or everyone)

PLEJ GIVE US SOME INFO

I’m patiently waiting on this too. Like why does this have to take so long to just to buff some rewards? They could have easily added them on the last update.

At least they could give us some info.............. :(

Even chapter 1 has 60 paths to go through iirc. You can do 59 of them, and keep one unexplored. I don't think that classifies as "progression halting"

    What about Chapter Completion ?
(can’t start on next Chapter if waiting for new rewards for “Chapter Completion” along the way to next Chapters within the Act)
(for those still just getting to that Act)

Or is it just Explore that people are worried about ?

I'm pretty sure it will come before 90 days. Because they said "soon"
    That's kabams standard extention.

It's safe to do a completion and explore it 100%.
That's just how I see it.

They will probly update everything with chapter 6 but as long as it was in last 90 days from the update they will get the updated rewards thats the only problem ppl are worried about is it getting updated after that 90 days and they lose those updated rewards

90 days and then 2 years to actually deliver the rewards

We are reaching around 60 days since the announcement. I have done act 6 100% literally a day before they gave us the info. Still hoping it will come before the deadline

Won't get the new completion rewards then. Check out the updated act 5 rewards. The Act 6 rewards looks like a joke next to it.

Compare the benefits of being TB+ with buffed Act 6 rewards. Even if Act 6 was buffed next month, it would still be worth it to push for Paragon/Valiant right now.

I think it really depends. The buffed act 5 rewards are absolutely stupid.
I mean. My alt basically is one catalyst away from a 6* r4 and only 5k shards away from a 7*
I have 2 6* r3s and can have more if i wanted to. This level of power and rewards has no business being in act 5 so I cant imagine what they're going to give players for act 6

I did 6.1 and left one path open. Then I realized I might be leaving stuff on the table so I did 6.2 and left a path in each quest.

I’ve done Grandmaster runs when revives have been due to expire but otherwise I’m doing regular paths. I probably have 45 left. It’s roughly 60-60-36-36.

I have been playing for 9 years, never explored act 6. Once the rewards are updated I'll explore it.

I do wish they would give a general timetable for this. It would let people make informed decisions about what to do.

I don't understand why valiants care about Act 6 rewards. I understand that they'll be great for actual TBs, but it's not like people will be getting anything valiants don't already get from the DSE, if that...

Act 6 is the only story content I haven’t explored. For me, it’s more about that than the rewards. But the real answer is that the act 5 rewards were so lit that I’d expect a few 7-stars from act 6 considering how much it demands. It’s like 192 paths or something.

The first and last variants were the only ones of those I didn’t explore but I just got 6-star Deadpool so maybe I’ll do that for kicks soon.

Yeah, Act 6 is also my only non-100% story content, but like you said, there are so many paths that I'm not sure some 7* crystals will be worth it.
It's just funny that some valiant people complain about SQ and trader's outpost as not being worth their time but then got up in arms about having missed out on buffed Act 5 rewards, which was basically irrelevant stuff for anyone past TB.

Act 6 now doesn't even have 6R4 or R5 rugs or T2 dust or 6* sig stones, so I assume that will be the main part of the buff. There will also be some 7* crystals I'm sure, but is it worth fighting the GM over it? For me, if I do it, it will be to complete it for completion's sake, not because I might get some trader's outpost goodies for the effort...

Need the lower end upgrade resources right now. I researched that getting t4CCs and various other stuff gets rarer in those tiers. (for those who don't play in alliance or other multi player modes)
