Summoner's Market quirk

For a couple weeks now, whenever I click on the cart to increase the quantity of an item a want to purchase, it briefly shows the option to do so, then reverts right back to the cart.



(Not sure if the above will work or not...never tried creating a gif on my phone)

Is this happening to anyone else? I've logged out/in. Cleared cache. Nothing seems to fix it.

    ye I got it all fixed, just never got my light essence, but I'm not even near a lumatrix so I'm fine leaving that, I got so lucky cause I was 1 piece away from a 7* plat pool , so I sold all my extra peice and luckily I got a selector from a 10 pop/11 crystals.Also I got Adam warlock out of a valiant nexus, he was my 10th r2 and my 2nd r2 cosmic, he SLAPS

    May not have meant that the Cart issue was fixed, rather maybe just they bought them individually ?

    Still bugged for me, can test by trying to add DAILY CRYSTAL (at least, TB) to cart. Not that the Daily Crystal is one that you would want to do thru Cart instead of just 1 click and done.

    But another issue with WebStore though, why when typing in your email does it GRAY OUT all the characters as you type them ? (hard to see if you make a mistake typing). But yet when you jump to Password field, the Username/email above then turns bright and readable (the way it should have been while typing it).
    And has that always done that, or maybe changed at same time as Cart issue ??

    Same issue. My credit card company has raise flags because of consecutive purchases of the same amount. Hopefully we can get a fix for this

    This is still happening in the webstore regardless of browser. It is happening on my PC as well as my iPhone. Kabam, please fix this immediately. Credit card companies are going to flag multiple same-amount charges as fraudulent.

    Same problem here. Visa actually blocked my card due to suspicious activity. I don’t think it’s something that kabam can fix… this is probably an xsolla problem.

    No, if you purchase several packages one after an other within minutes, your card gets blocked. Happened to me a few months ago. I had to contact the bank to clear the flags and then keep trying. It's very annoying though

    bump, i tried a bookmarklet and a couple of other scripts to bypass this. Because its housed on the Xsolla side there is really no workaround without a fix from Kabam or Xsolla.

    Same results with phone or computer. I'd make purchases through the game if the double track event boost was available there.

    The Kabam Support site says they are aware and actively investigating, and not to put in any more tickets about the issue. So at least it is on the radar.

    EDIT: As soon as I posted this, I went into the Summoner's Market and it appears they fixed it.

    Working for me now too.
    Daily Crystal is able to go into Cart now.

    (as well as the other 3 free daily/weekly items/bonus, which were able to before as well. It was just the Daily Crystal of the 4 that wasn’t before)
