My account has never violated any regulations, yet it was suspended for seven days! I demand you conduct a thorough investigation and provide a formal explanation for this erroneous suspension.Thanks!

    The suspensions are related to game installs from 3rd party. Where did you install from?

    Thanks to this account ban, I've been stuck sitting around for two whole days unable to play games! This feels absolutely terrible!

    3rd party means? APK installer? Some of my mates downloaded apps and still playing this game 😂🤣. I checked it 5 min ago. His account still accessable 🤣 and kabam ban ppl for using 3rd party software. Lol.....
    And yes I have a proof. Visual proof. But I don't wanna rush him and his account also.
    He is using IQOO series phone. No pre installed Google services.

    I know a banning for no reason must suck…. but this is the most ridiculous and sad thing you could have said. First of all, your mcoc account being banned doesn’t stop you from playing any other game… but also, you really don’t have anything else to do with your time then play mcoc?! like you cannot find even a single thing productive to do instead of sitting around staring at a wall for 2 days because you have no mcoc to play 💀 sounds insane…

    Did you even see what's going on? They are not responding to anyone and sending generic mail as we conducting investigation and no further reply and our ticket is closed marked as solved

    Support itself can probably do nothing here. As far as they know, the game banned you for a specific reason. They can't just reverse the ban without cause, and even if the ban wave misidentified some players, support might have no idea which ones they are. It is probably the dev team itself that has to figure out precisely which players need to be reversed and perform the reversals, and they are probably also considering what the compensation is likely to be as there's a few things to consider when deciding what that will be. How progression sensitive it should be, and to what extent collateral damage should factor in (i.e. lost wars, broken calendars, etc).
