After a little research and trial and error, this is the result I came up with

aptoide uploader has been banned by google as a company that steals sensitive information

Question 1: When I install cheats with aptoide uploader and play, will the new system not consider me a cheater?

Question 2: If I downloaded the game from the aptoid application, trusting you and your official status, would you like it if they stole my sensitive information every second?

Question 3: Do you have any information that aptoide has removed your game from the store?

Although there is a lot to add, this will be enough, my dear Kabam. Greetings to the forum members, they will see a page like apkmirror as deserving of being banned and will try to protect sensitive information thieves like aptoide just because you show it as official. Good luck to all of you

As far as I have seen, that Aptoide reference (as being a supposed approved source) was just in a single Support response someone had received (including having listed several other places in that response). Among probably thousands of support tickets, by weekend/remote, probably “call center” level staff.

May have been a generic list of places, either for games in general, or that Kabam may have been trying in the past ?? (don't know)

Many people had commented afterwards that they would not be too sure that Aptoide is indeed an approved place.
Don't think that is listed anywhere in the official Kabam Support Site of topics, and don’t think that had ever been listed by the Kabam Mods themselves up here on Forums.

Your case I believe you had said that you originally downloaded via APK Mirror site (which is NOT allowed, any why you were probably banned).

If you do not wish to stick with native Google OS and PlayStore system, and are looking for other alternatives to bypass that via (and so tried this Aptoide), I wouldn’t rush out to Aptoide without some further actual confirmation about it's approved status.

And anyways, you wouldn’t be able to resume your game until a ban was over with (not sure if you had said yours was Temp or Permanent ban).

I got a 7-day ban because I don't normally use things like cheats and arena bots. I have accounts where I passed levels, but there is no ban on them. It's not hard to understand, not everyone uses Google services, it's hard for me to be banned for no reason

and I got an official ticket from Kabam and a suggestion for apdoide. The situation is like this with aptoid, my friend. My game is currently installed through the Play Store. No power has been able to make me install Google services for years. But I had to put up with this for the game I love, the sad thing is that Kabam didn't open my account

I no longer have the desire to tell anything to either the forum members or Kabam. It's sad enough to get this ban without using cheats. On the other hand, the people who are supposed to support the players on the forum are trying to attack them on the contrary. I hope you experience the same thing when something happens to you in the coming days, months or years and you understand us

You had said several times, you use a custom OS, and installed via APK Mirror (no matter how trustworthy the creators of that site are).

Even if you just changed now to official Google and PlayStore, your Ban is still for that before.

I didn't use a 3rd party software. Since I don't like Google services tracking me, I use an Android system without Google services. And the place I installed the game is a page called apkmirror.

Breaking ToS means damaging the content of the game. I've been using this game for 5 years via apkmiror as armv7a with fps focus. ToS, which hasn't been broken for 5 years, was broken today, please don't be funny

In addition, there are +20 people I passed levels with, none of them got banned. And all of them are accounts I passed in the last 3 months. I'm not even counting the old ones, didn't I break Tos on them? Since I didn't use cheats or arena bots, they weren't harmed and my account got a 7-day ban

Clean installation with the name Lineage OS, without Google services, telemetry systems and nonsense applications. Without root etc. access. Habit, my friend, I don't want Google to watch me every second and I care about privacy

There is a small minority like me in the world, believe me, thanks to us, companies are less able to violate your information.

Having a phone and accessing the internet means your privacy is already gone, trying to protect it is an impossible task.

No. Breaking the terms of service is violating Kabam's rules for accessing the service. One of those rules is you are not allowed to use unauthorized clients, nor unauthorized supply chains for those clients. You may not agree with those rules, but they are Kabam's rules to make. You do not get to dictate to others how you will and will not use their services.

By your own admission you were using unauthorized sources for your game downloads, so you are not a false positive ban. Your reasons for bypassing Google Play are irrelevant.

You also need to stop spamming the forums with multiple threads discussing the same issue. I'm going to close every other thread except this one, so that you can continue this discussion if you wish and if it does not violate any other forum rules. However, every thread after this one that discusses the same issues you have with the enforcement of the unauthorized client and unauthorized supply chain bans will be closed without further warning.

What do you mean with passing the level for +20 people? Do you play with other players accounts to help them advance in the game?

Yesterday I helped someone for Glykhan. I helped the same person for Kang before. I always help people in in-game conversations. I explain things that the game can't explain to people

Because it's obvious that Kabam doesn't understand anything about explaining the game as a team and management. And I only do level transitions between scenes 6/9.
