We don't know because Kabam is not responding, nor announcing anything about this situation anymore, support gives only generic responses, that they won't address this matter anymore.
Good morning. I understand your position and the efforts to exclude and prevent unauthorized use of third-party software. But this does not justify the suspension of accounts that do not use such software, that have never used it and that downloaded the installer through, for example, the Google Play Store, as in my case, but through the Google Play Store that is already installed on the "Brazilian" device, therefore, with a ".com br" domain and still official from Google, "its authorized partner". Not to mention that applying Sansão to users, old or new, without giving them the right to defend themselves beforehand, is illegal in any country. I do not expect anything from you, because you really only want people to pay to play.
... It's been how many years? 5? 10? The bug where the game starts to stutter after long play session still hasn't been resolved. Is there no application profiling tool for Android or iOS to debug the issue? Heck; if you REALLY can't duplicate the issue in house; there are methods and procedures to acquire phone(s) with the issue so that you can debug the issue.
The "bug" where the stutters after a long playtime is called device issue. It's your phone stuttering due to thermals or limitations.
I've done super long sessions if the game and have not faced any issues in that front
If it was thermals, closing and reopening the app. which takes 5-10 seconds to load, wouldn't cool down enough to let you play another long session, in approximately a similar length of time.
As for "limitation" ... if it was memory, well, that's a development issue... memory leak or they aren't cleaning up and clearing cache or what not.
If limitation was CPU... well, then that *should* be fairly constant and closing the app and re-opening *shouldn't* change it that much unless they got zombie threads, thread leaks, detached threads, or too many daemon threads over time... which leads back to software development.
If it was battery or battery temperature... again, closing and opening wouldn't "fix" the problem and let you play another long sessions.
I'm sure that there ARE cases where it is thermals or battery, for me (and probably others), I know it is NOT thermals.

I received a 30 days block unfairly, I hace not used any third-party software, I entered a ticket and they did not resolve anything, and I hace heard of cases that hace already had their account unblocked, I am losing daily prizes, they do not resolve anything
Wow I’m naive af. Never really thought ppl were cheating to that level. Just figured you’d have to be a special kinda person to cheat on a phone game. This is not a game outage this is a google cloud services outage mot just affecting this game but multiple google services

Kabam should block all cheaters permanently not for 1 week. They don't bring anything good to player base. Please do this ban every month. So when Kabam messed up and banned people by mistake, they removed the ban from few accounts and then chose just to wait until the 7 days ban period expire and send some compensation because they are toooo LAZYYYYYYYYYYYYYY, Seriously, what you call this 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬

Kabam themselves admitted that they have banned innocent players but You know better. I got banned but I've always used official sources and never cheated. Typically I don't wish other bad, but I really hope that You'll get an unfair ban and You'll see how it is.

...the most plausible motivation was the following: many, many indeed, players accessing "their" game (from the small company Kabam) licensed by Marvel all the time, all over the world, obviously overloading their servers a lot... and many of them don't even buy the products... That's it. They probably banned and suspended "foreigners" who downloaded official games from official sites, but on official domains in other nations, in order to relieve their servers and minimize crashes, failures and bugs. Kabam is an irresponsible, disrespectful and unprofessional company.
