I was angry on kabam but now not because wake up from reality.
Kabam caring all guys as parents know why
Ok I'm telling
1. Kabam banned all fresh accounts temporarily bcz all users was spending time here too much so take some days rest & don't use your mobile too much.
Don't raise ticket for it they will do nothing for it just take rest
2. Why account sharing is illegal here ok I'm telling 😅😅 bcz kabam want if you buy a good phone n use it till your death & don't waste your money in new phones.
3. Why no compensation for kabam server crashed,bcz don't be greedy ok earn it n use it.
4. Game server is under maintenance from last night because take rest n sleep well don't use your mobile till late night 😘

2. Account sharing has nothing to do with the quality of phone you have and you can change phones whenever you want. Account sharing is still wrong.
3. Kabam servers didn't crash, Google's did. If you want something for it, call Google.
4. Servers were never under maintenance. Kabam popped that message up during Google's outage so players would know that the issue wasn't on their own (the player's) end.
5. Did you really think that anything you were saying here made sense?

I'm playing this game from 5 years n i have feelings for this game so not quitting

But don't know why game is not focusing on popularity
Can ban anyone account who's using mod or hack
But it's really not good if kabam showing admin powers to innocent users
Just make a good application that smooth work in all devices without lag n other glitches.

Once again, the game was never in maintenance. Their server host was down globally. They put that message up only so that players would know that the connection issue was not on their own end. Kabam could do literally nothing to get the game up until Google fixed things on their end.
And yes, Kabam suspended (not banned) SOME innocent accounts. That doesn't mean they're all innocent.
That will be a satisfying action.

They did a test on known clean accounts and had no false positives. That's pretty good information to move forward with. Then something happened where false positives got caught in the crossfire - something unexpected based on their testing. We complain enough that Kabam doesn't test, and this time they did and things still managed to not go perfectly even though their testing worked.
So they've been reviewing accounts and unbanned the innocent ones. Could their still be more out there? Possibly. But it's silly to think Kabam is going to go through and manually review thousands of accounts when the program was predominantly successful. Players that believe they're innocent can submit a ticket for review, which many did and had their suspensions reversed.
All signs pointed to it working, but something then didn't work and it wasn't expected. So they're making it up to the innocent players. But they're not going to waste time reviewing every single account they took action against. It would be a waste of time.

With that said, I think you’re villainizing Kabam here. They’re trying their best to make the game fair. The game being down yesterday wasn’t their fault.
Asking a game client if it is authorized is like asking people if they are liars. The people who aren't liars say no, and the people who are liars say no. If you ask a game client if it is authorized, the actual authorized clients say yes and the ones people use to cheat can also say yes. Because of course it will.
Kabam cannot find the bad clients. It can find *its own* clients, and ban everything else. That's possible in theory.
People think it is Kabam's job to prove a player did something sufficiently bad that they deserve to be banned. But that's impractical. Kabam has to create rules that allow for them to even be able to tell if players are playing fair. And the only way to do that in the long run is if they trust the game clients players are using. And those are only trustworthy if they actually came from Kabam and Kabam can reasonably trust they were not altered. On PC platforms that will require tools like Easy Anti Cheat. On mobile devices that requires relying upon trusting Apple and Google's distribution networks.
People who say "but platform XYZ is fine, I trust it" need to realize Kabam has to trust it. And frankly, most of the platforms out there aren't trustworthy. Their intent is to ensure their users get what they ask for. They have some vested interest in making sure their users don't download malware. But they have no vested interest in blocking their users from downloading things the vendors don't want them to have. Their interests are in fact the exact opposite. As a software developer I wouldn't trust them to protect my interests any farther than I could throw them.
Can ban all modders from game but not fresh game players.
Everyone have feelings with their accounts so should not do this fraudulent with users.
What's game reputation without users.
