in Bugs and Known Issues
Why was I banned? I had tried once or twice on the PC, still you guys banned me. I have been playing this game for 6 years, but why did you ban my account. Please block my account. I I have invested so much money and also due to my age I wanted to buy many units, I am going to spend money on the upcoming event also but please ban it, you guys please unban me.I have not downloaded any third party app, please do not waste my 6 years of hard work.@kabam

    Last year you said that someone else was also using your account and you wanted it stopped.

    Did you get the account from someone else ?

    Did you share your login info with any friends, teammates, or other people to help you play quests, arena, or to move in AQ/AW at any time, or login sometime you were not available, and so they played on it last year ?

    Or did you give away your phone, which still had automatic login to the game saved in the data on the phone ?

    @SummonerNR When did I say that I want to close this account, this is totally wrong, I had created this account myself 6 years ago and did not share it with anyone, there is no question I did not play, this accusation is wrong. Now if someone has stolen it, that is a different matter or it has been hacked, you guys should find out from him and get it corrected.     And definitely nobody with that earlier (swear redacted) tag they included.

    And I never said you asked earlier to CLOSE the account.

    I said you asked if they could put a STOP to whoever the other person was that was using (hacking ??) your account last year.

    Maybe a Language Translation issue (Closed vs Stopped).

    Boa noite ..li recentemente que a kabam ta revendo porq teve contas banidas injustamente..jogo em 3 contas e uma de uma amiga que mora em lima peru ..e justo a conta dela foi banida nao usei nada de errado nas contas e só pode ter sido banida porq esta sendo logada em outro aparelho e em outro pais sera que irão devolver a conta dela

    Good evening ..I recently read that kabam is reviewing because it had accounts unfairly banned..I play in 3 accounts and one of a friend who lives in Lima peru ..and just her account was banned I didn't use anything wrong in the accounts and it can only have been banned because it is being logged in on another device and in another country will they return her account

    You played on her account, which is not your account, and that is “Account Sharing”, which is not allowed.
    That is why that account was banned.

    Only the person who created an account can login and play that account.

    Kabam should explain in detail what is meant by account sharing and how the account sharing process works.

    If ur invested so much money...and have not used any kind of 3rd party software...then u have to write a ticket ...and they will surely look into this...
    If u still not unbanned ...then go to consumer court in ur country with the reply they give...
    Don't beg infront of company...if u have done anything wrong

    One player per account. Whoever created it is whoever plays it. No one else, ever.

    This has been explained many times. Account sharing is when you allow someone else to play your account. While this is not always detectable, if and when Kabam detects this they may ban you at their discretion. People have been banned for as little as someone sharing their account login with an alliance member and asking them to place defenders.

    Why do banned players seek humiliation in forums when they ask for help and claim innocence only for Kabam employees to come to the forums to write that they cheated 3 times already

    I know many players have different cultures in their countries whereby they don't respect their own laws, more so when it comes to games, they cheat blatantly and claim to be doing nothing wrong

    It's like ppl dumping garbage into their own rivers bcos everyone else is doing the same thing

    They cheat in games bcos there's an industry built around providing mods for players in their community, everyone cheats and think it's fine to do so, mods are readily accessible to them and they share the latest mods every month when the app is updated

    Third world countries are the worst offenders from what I observe

    Haven't ppl realised that banned players usually don't have English as their first language, they write awful english in forums claiming innocence

    That's a first telltale sign that they cheated in game and they tell you they done nothing wrong

    1. Most of the people who claimed to be banned for cheating appear to write and read English just fine.

    2. Many of the supposed English as first language people don't.

    3. Assuming ESL people are more likely to have cheated would be stereotyping without foundation.

    Nobody reads ToS anyways, except for after the fact when they go and say “show it to me, where does it say that”.
    So really doesn’t matter if written in English or also have all other language translations.

    Early on in game, wasn’t until discussions started popping up on Forums that I heard about not allowed to buy/sell accounts, etc.
    Just that now, many, many, remarks are made up here informing people of that (so no excuse if they are someone who visits the Forums).

    But the first couple years it seemed more commonplace to see people buying/selling, etc even though it was against ToS from probably the beginning.

    Companies have to make the ToS to be able to cover themselves (all the legal terms) because otherwise people would sue companies left and right (oh, wait, they do anyways, lol).

    It's just that it is very visible up here in Forums nowadays that things like that are against the rules (if people care to visit the Forums and see them).
