    Raise 2 or 3 tickets to Kabam about it, it increases the chance that somebody helpful will see your query.

    If someone doesn’t want to help you they sometimes close the ticket prematurely, no problem just raise another one, sometimes you have to be persistent with them.

    I mean if these kabam support ppl are just picking and chosing who they want to help they need to be fired they arent doing that btw support cant do anything unless the gane team tells them they can the game team is the one looking at these accounts not support there may be some support that go above and beyond but they dont have to do anything
