Alliance’s unjustly affected by wrong bans

Given Kabam’s willingness to admit their mistake (which I appreciate) I am still left to question why the compensation owed does not extend to the Alliance’s in which the unjustly banned players were.

The new war map format is now extremely punishing if you are not at full diversity and a full alliance.

Our Alliance (SGA-3) literally lost 2 wars because we were down players that have since had their ban overturned.

With the boost in rewards and how close wars can be in Platinum and above brackets this will result in a huge net loss of rewards. Not to mention wasted resources, effort and loss of morale.

I hope I am not the only player that feels Kabam let us ALL down. And not just those that were wrongly banned.

Thoughts?

    Very tough one.
    Individuals got amazing compensation.

    For an alliance that suffered?

Personal opinion but they should be compensated as well.

Did those banned people have their defenders somehow removed from Defense ??

I don’t think Kabam does that (and they're not automatically removed from alliances).

So Diversity would still be there (their defender should still be counting), just not the full Explore (if you're an alliance that is achieving full explore all the time anyways, I know plenty others have hard times against certain nodes, so rest of you would just be able to tackle the easier nodes, and not exploring others would basically be same as if you had someone actually take those nodes but fail to get Enchantress on full Regen node down, for example)

    A ban is a ban.

They missed more than one war and many were probably kicked out of their alliances

    True,
Everyone should get that fat unnecessarily OP compensation.
We all suffered one way or another.

In higher tier war, you can only take one fight per war.
A missed fight due to the ban is most of the time a lost war.
If the player was unfairly banned, then it's a lost war for the alliance and they drop down in war rating also, affecting future matchups.
This happened on the weekend. If they couldn't find a replacement in time for next war, then they suffered the next war as well.
It's a cascading effect. You could lose our on an entire season worth of efforts due to this.

Diversity isn’t really the issue in high tier wars, since they stay. The issue is not finishing the map. You miss out on 10 abs worth of attack bonus and exploration points. If you don’t finish you lose the war 99.9% of the time. Unjustly banned players affects the entire alliance. I am a part of sga-3 and we couldn’t get a replacement in so we were effected for 2 wars and ended up falling out of t1 and into low p2 almost p3. Compensation is definitely valid for affected alliances.

Given the number of players banned, I believe almost every alliance lost members for days

    Affected yes

But I know Kabam won't give compensation to everyone

The fact is a mistake was made that affected much more than the individuals banned. Something should be done by Kabam, maybe not on the same level as the individuals but nothing is unacceptable.
