Multiverse Pathway - Week 1 Side quest bugged

I claimed 4 sample syringe token from the solo event to enter the side quest. I entered 3 times and completed the quest on my 4th run as I did not have enough energy to complete it so I exited but did not get the the sample syrnge token refunded please kindly fix it ASAP. Attached screen shots

    Bump what, to who ? Weekend, early morning, even if they were East Coast, which they aren’t.

    But, did you actually EXIT the QUEST ? (or just stay in quest but go did other stuff or closed game ?)

    Exit Quest does not give you back an ENTRY ITEM, otherwise people could try the quest over and over until they actually got a good team that could do it,

    I think it only would give you back any used GATE ITEM, etc.

    HI The side Quest reward are same I think for everyone. On the quest we only get mysterium in the quest and yes I was talking about the GATE ITEM used to enter the quest I did not get it back because I exited the the quest without even fighting a single defender .

    I saw another similar post about this months side quest issue too probably few post before me in bugs and known issue channel and it was not addressed

    You don’t get entry keys refunded if you leave the quest and there is a pop up message telling you this.

    Gate keys do get refunded.

    Yeah that quest is entry keys. The second quest with 4 paths/1 champ on each path is a gate key so it does get refunded

    I faced the same issue , right when i wont the last fight for the 4th time the loading screen was showing and when i restarted the game the game didnt asked me for a re match or refunded the entry , now i wont get 2000 titan shards
