  Literally anyone who removes prowess in any way, shape, or form. You can use a nullifier, you can use rintrah, the options are practically limitless

  It's also been opened up to Skill champs now via AAR.. so that attacker will usually be Tech, Mystic or Skill depending on the defender - who is placed there?
