Purchased 3k units worth of featured crystal in the crystal page on accident

I had 12k+ units saved for the sales tonight and entered the crystal page, finger hit the 3k unit button to purchase 10 featured crystals. I haven't opened them. I have tried to make a ticket but the email address of my MCOC account was deleted by google a long time ago (my account is 10 years old now) so I can't make a ticket because it won't let me log in. Have I literally been scammed or is there any way for this to be resolved on the forums? On the very edge of quitting prior to this anyway so if it can't be resolved I'll call it a day. Thanks for any help :)

    Contact support to change your linked email to an email account you can access… then ask them to revert the crystals. Forums can’t help…

    I know people that have gotten it refunded through submitting a ticket but if you can't submit a ticket I'm not too sure

    Same happened to me and i got refunded because i didn't open the crystals. Kabam really needs to not have that as the first thing that opens from crystal tab or put a secondary confirmation before they take units for purchase. Its really not hard to accidentally press the button on accident at the bottom of the page.

    I see there is an option to submit a ticket to change email address. Maybe I can do this option first, change the email, then submit another ticket after to resolve the crystal issue.

    Same happened to me and i got refunded because i didn't open the crystals. Kabam really needs to not have that as the first thing that opens from crystal tab or put a secondary confirmation before they take units for purchase. Its really not hard to accidentally press the button on accident at the bottom of the page.

    I have nearly hit that button a few times already, and knew it might happen one day. Coincidentally it's exactly the spot on the screen my finger presses first to scroll up on the crystals page. Talk about product placement.

    Can’t really say, it depends on the support team workload… happened to me once it took 24 hours

    This sale lasts a week, should not be a concern

    Nope. Can't submit any tickets whatsoever because it won't allow me to login with my email. Can't use the forgot password option because the email was deleted by google ages ago. I can login to the store and the game with the email but not kabam support for some reason.

    So my only hope is that someone can help me through the forums :(

    the bad thing is that if you click on it once, you immediately buy it instead of first getting a confirmation whether you really want to buy those crystals or not. I think this is a huge mistake from kabam and actually a pure scam because I hear several people who clicked on it… i hope you get a refund

    Can't even submit an email-change ticket because it requires me to login with the old email to even be able to send the ticket.

    Really gutted. Took a lot of saving to get to this many units and arena grind. Was waiting to see the July 4 offers and if good maybe spend some money to get the higher unit offers. Not spending £99 to make up 3k units I was scammed.

    When you go to sign up it says they send a confirmation email which you have to click. I can't access that email address any more full-stop, hence no confirmation email to then make the account. Google deleted it. I made it when I was at school 10 years ago now. I appreciate you trying to help though :blush:

    You also can only submit the email-change request ticket from the original email address, not the new one.

    kabam is just frontrunner in making things unnecessarily difficult for players or on purpose.. they could have just added that featured crystal to the ingame store instead of people now clickin on it. sometimes i think wich kind of people working there some from social healthcare

    Does anyone know how likely it would be to have a mod or support member see my post and resolve it on here? Aside from my last 2 posts I haven't be active on here since 2020 lol so I'm not sure how likely it would be.

    Final follow-up to this. Kabam has refunded all my units. Really grateful for the help I received. Not only did I get my units back but also got my account under a new email that I can access which is a relief. Huge credit to the support team.
