Spent Money and now Blocked

Just spent a significant amount of money on heat wave. And all of a sudden there are locks on the store and my inventory, but no communication to me. Very demotivating to spend you hard earned money on something you enjoy and something like this happens.

    You can see the locks on in the inventor and store section. Never saw this before.
